So it arrived...and I unpacked its skinny ass and plugged it into the recording station...tuned, stretched strings, tuned...and it sounded HORRIBLE!

Never realised that playing inversions over power chords would sound badly dodgy!

SO...some work to do...seems the double dropped tuning isn't all it's cracked up to be - def gonna take some work!

But the tone is full. Man it's full - covers the low mids, should really add a new dimension to our sound!

Welcome to the Stone The Free blog site - something new for us, gives us the ability to get our thoughts out...

Generally I'm accused of speaking too much onstage (Ray...) so I guess it's for me to restrain myself from hogging the written space as well.
